APPOINTMENT FAILURE POLICY. A minimum of 24 hours are required to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointments.
***1st no-show or late cancellation will require the payment of a $10 non-refundable booking fee, this fee will be applied to the appointment balance at checkout.
***2nd or subsequent no-show or late cancellation will require the payment of a non-refundable fee equal to the value of the grooming appointment, this fee will be applied to the balance of the appointment at checkout.
